Rainbow food series – Green

1-greedn day

My green day started with a nice green smoothie for breakfast, look closer and you will see that it even had broccoli in it. Lunch? Avocado and fennel salad dressed with a basil pesto vinaigrette. Spinach really is the green winner. Look at the sautéed spinach in garlic and olive oil, I served this as a side. Simples.
