In September 2015, much to my surprise and delight, we are officially amongst the top African Food Blogs CNN, to follow. It was such a great honour to be featured and it makes my hard work and late nights blogging very worthwhile.
There is a lot of work to be done in the space of promoting African cuisine as a food of choice and within the world of publishing. So whilst there is very little in the space of African cookery and recipe books, this does not mean we should stop talking about African food, or writing about it. Think about the future generations who will be able to refer back to your work in a space that was and still is severely lacking in terms of history and origin of our recipes and food technology. But all this is a topic for another day.
