Whoever said “T’is the season to be jolly” could seriously take it up a notch… or perhaps a scotch bonnet or two. I think it is about time we came into a season to be hot and bothered… especially after this fiery gift of hot spice.
Come on then, give the gift of heat. Try home made scotch bonnet chilli jam with your cheese platter, or a huge jar of home made shito. Last year I made this batch and gave them out as Christmas gifts in a cute basket :).
