Sautéed spinach

Rainbow food series – green


Simple, just simple.


200 g baby spinach
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat up the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for a few seconds.
2. Add the spinach and toss till reduced.
3. Season with the salt and pepper.

    Recently did my spinach with a tbsp of peanut butter; I couldn’t get enough of it!!
