Rainbow food!

2013-01-30 13.44.19

This is my 100th post y’all. Just 100????? After all this time? I know, I am a part timer when it comes to blogging but I have a lot to juggle and want to make sure I prioritise the right things in my life. In fact, my next few posts will be short and sweet without the usual stories, so forgive me for that. I thought it would be most appropriate for my 100th post to be dedicated to exactly what this blog is about; food.

Don’t you just love these freshly scrubbed rainbow carrots? Food does not even have to be cooked in order to get my mouth-watering. I am a person who undoubtedly eats with my eyes so much that I get energised and excited just at the sight of food in the market. I ventured into Wholefoods the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the food I found. I love going there for  inspiration and always find exciting stuff.

I first fell in love with Wholefoods when I was able to find yellow and orange tomatoes

and green and brown toms too!

and green and brown toms too!

after searching almost everywhere for them. A month ago I went back in search of inspirational food for Lent… and found the rainbow. Aaaaaaaah, sheer bliss!!!!
